B2B store, HVAC/installation trade

Orders re-typed into the warehouse by hand

Orders placed in Woo were retyped by hand into the warehouse system — around 40 lines a day, two hours of work. Stock levels drifted often enough that the store sold items that weren't actually in stock.

In cases like this, we build a two-way REST API integration: orders flow into the ERP in real time, stock levels sync back every 15 minutes, and a retry queue with an email alert makes sure no sync error goes unnoticed.

Result: zero manual re-typing, and out-of-stock complaints dropped to practically none.

Fashion store, seasonal sales

The site slows down at peak sale times and loses carts

A classic Black Friday scenario: the more traffic, the slower the site gets. Customers abandon their cart before they finish checking out.

We run a performance audit, optimise database queries and product images, and add caching and a CDN — so the store handles a traffic spike instead of buckling under it.

Result: load time drops by as much as 60–70%, even at peak sale times.

Furniture store, migration from PrestaShop

The old platform won't scale, but migration feels risky

A store on an old PrestaShop install stops being able to grow, and every change needs a workaround. The owner keeps putting off migration, afraid of losing years of SEO work.

We move the catalogue, customers and order history to WooCommerce, prepare a full set of 301 redirects, and test everything before switching DNS overnight — so the store just works on Monday morning.

Result: migration with no drop in search rankings and no downtime in sales.

Invoices and orders re-typed by hand every week

Every Monday, the bookkeeper manually re-types a week's worth of orders into the accounting system and issues invoices one by one — with more traffic, it eats up an entire morning.

We connect WooCommerce to the accounting system via API: an order paid in the store shows up in the accounting system with an invoice already generated, with nothing copied by hand.
