- Art. 6(1)(e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller
- Art. 6(1)(f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party
- Your personal data related to the conclusion and performance of a contract will be processed for the duration of that contract, and for a period no longer than provided for by law, including the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e. no longer than 10 years, counted from the end of the calendar year in which the last contract was performed.
- Your personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing future contracts will be processed until you object.
- You have the right to: access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed; rectify your incorrect data; request erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) in the circumstances provided for in Art. 17 GDPR; request restriction of data processing in the cases indicated in Art. 18 GDPR; object to data processing in the cases indicated in Art. 21 GDPR; and transfer the data you provided that is processed in an automated manner.

§ 3 Scope and purpose of collecting personal data

- phone number (mobile, landline),

- We use cookies or similar technologies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “cookies”), meaning IT data, in particular text files, intended for use with the website and stored on the end devices of Users browsing the pages. Information collected using cookies allows us to tailor services and content to individual needs and user preferences, and is also used to develop general statistics on how users use the pages. Data collected using cookies is collected solely to perform specific functions for Users.
- On our website, we use the following cookies:

§ 6 Rights and obligations
- We have the right, and in cases specified by law also the statutory obligation, to disclose selected or all information concerning personal data to public authorities or third parties who submit such a request under applicable Polish law.

- rectification of personal data — the User has the right to request that the Controller promptly rectify personal data that is inaccurate, and complete incomplete personal data, exercised on request submitted to the Controller.
- erasure of personal data — the User has the right to request that the Controller promptly erase personal data, exercised on request submitted to the Controller. The Controller reserves the right to withhold compliance with an erasure request in order to protect the Controller's legitimate interest (e.g. where the data was obtained in the course of correspondence).
- restriction of personal data processing — the User has the right to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases indicated in Art. 18 GDPR, including contesting the accuracy of personal data, exercised on request submitted to the Controller.
- data portability — the User has the right to receive, from the Controller, the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, exercised on request submitted to the Controller.
- objecting to the processing of personal data — the User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified in Art. 21 GDPR, exercised on request submitted to the Controller.
- lodging a complaint — the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
